Overview
Sector Y includes an E-Group (Y1) with another group of unknown function to its east. The E-Group includes an western structure (Y1/2) and three part eastern structure (Y1). The eastern half of Sector Y includes two buildings oriented around a large depression. Excavations in 2014-2015 revealed that the depression contained a large concentration of ritually destroyed (terminated) ceramics and also has a construction in its base. We assume that the depression was initially a borrow pit that was later converted into a ceremonial building.
