Group C is a Late Postclassic (AD 1400-1525) to Contact (AD 1525-1697) period ceremonial group located on a hill in the southern part of Zacpeten. It is composed as a Peten-style temple assemblage. The only recognizable evidence of contact with the Spanish encountered in this group was a cached musket ball.
